    About Kamal Institute Of Nursing Education

    Kamal Institute of Nursing Education, Jath was under aegis of Shri. Umajirao Sanamadiakr Medical Foundation, Jath. Kamal Institute of Nursing Education is situated in the area of Jath, about 3 kms away from Jath – Shegaon – Sangola Highway.

    The college is approved by Govt. Of Maharashtra & affiliated to a Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, Maharashtra Nursing Council, Mumbai. To get professional education student must go at big city i.e. very expensive to rural student .Rural areas students also have a intelligence but due to poverty they do not go to city to take higher education from our various institutes.

    OUR AIM


    The aim of this nursing college is to prepare well-qualified nursing care, in promotion of health care system in the community and maintain standards & norms quality in the healthcare.

    OBJECTIVE


    1. To keep up the standard of nursing profession

    2. To assume beginning positions of responsibility and make a maximum contribution to the promotion and growth of the profession.

    3. To develop skills to teach both formally and informally in clinical areas and in nursing education programmes.

    4. To help them to understand the mental hygiene, ethical & moral standards involved in the practice of Nursing .

    5. To assume greater responsibility and leadership in the health team and direct others to render a high standard of nursing care.

    6. To prepare them to take care of community health in rural areas, by regular home visiting, health education & domiciliary nursing care & midwifery.

    7. To develop understanding of research methodology & recognize the need of nursing research.

    To prepare nurses who will work in the hospital and community with dedication, devotion, compassion and kindness.

    To develop a Centre for Excellence in nursing which will provide Quality educational programs which are evidence based and encourages innovations to improve patient care. Every student nurse who passes out from this institute will be an epitome of nursing with adequate scientific knowledge and will be able to work at primary, secondary and tertiary levels of care within the country and abroad.

    Develop a research cell where the ongoing researches will help to improve patient care and nursing education.

    Currently the institute offers diploma, UG programme in nursing discipline. Being the Principal of the institute, I can assure the newcomers that they will have healthy learning environment in the institute.
